What's the difference between the Intrepid and the Ultra?
The Intrepid covers the off-road essentials - 12V Direct power with a 120Ah lithium battery, 100W solar and a Joolca instant-gas shower. The Ultra adds the long-trip comfort kit pre-fitted: a REDARC power system with the REDVISION app, a 300Ah lithium battery, a diesel hot-water heater, 240V reverse-cycle air-conditioning and 220W of portable solar.
What vehicle can tow a Stockman Rover?
The Rover has an ATM of 1,950kg, so it's comfortably towed by most dual-cab utes and mid-to-large 4WDs with a braked towing capacity of 2,000kg or more. We're happy to confirm the match for your specific tow vehicle.
Is the Stockman Rover fully off-road?
Yes. The Rover rides on an Australian-made hot-dipped galvanised chassis (or a lighter aluminium Super Lite chassis) with independent coil-spring suspension, dual Cruisemaster shock absorbers, 12-inch electric brakes, 17-inch all-terrain tyres and a DO35 off-road hitch.
How many people does it sleep, and how much can it carry?
The Rover sleeps two adults on a 17cm queen inner-spring mattress. With a tare of 1,260-1,350kg and an ATM of 1,950kg, it offers roughly 600-690kg of payload for water, gear, food and options.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes - a 5-year structural warranty and a 2-year general warranty, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Fitted appliances carry their own supplier warranties, and the balance is transferable to the next owner.
