These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You and SEQ Campers submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website.
